Victoria Hotspurs F.C. is immensely proud to announce the signing of Lydon Micallef.

Lydon needs no introduction. He is a name that has earned the respect of everyone involved in Maltese football and is synonymous with one thing above all else – goals.

A proven and clinical striker, Lydon has enjoyed an outstanding career spanning both the Malta Premier League and the Malta Challenge League, making 352 senior appearances and scoring an incredible 109 goals. His remarkable tally includes 33 goals in the Malta Premier League with Ħamrun Spartans and Balzan FC, as well as 52 goals in the Malta Challenge League while representing Sliema Wanderers, Marsa FC, and Lija Athletic.

A player of Lydon’s calibre brings far more than goals. His experience, leadership, professionalism and winning mentality will be invaluable to our squad as we continue to strengthen ahead of the new season.
