Hotspurs Complete Elkin Orlando Serrano Valero Signing
Victoria Hotspurs have signed experienced central back Elkin Orlando Serrano Valero after leaving Maltese Premier League champions Hamrun Spartans. The Colombian also had spells with Nadur Youngsters and Balzan here in Malta.
